Through x-rays, we examine the health of your bone and root.
If the damaged tooth (or part of it) is still in your mouth, the doctor will need to remove it before starting the implant procedure.
The dentist places a titanium post into your jaw.
As this is a surgical procedure, there will be a healing period to let the implant and the bone fuse together.
Once the healing process is completed, the doctor will fix the abutment and take molds of your teeth and jawbone. These molds will be used to help create your permanent crown.
Your permanent crown gets fixed onto your dental implant on top of the abutment.

I continue to come & bring my family. Don’t miss your chance to be in the hands of one of the best dental offices for your next service.
I live near by there office and was happy to find MVDentalarts online. Great customer service. Did cleaning and two fillings. The main thing that made me happy that they didn’t try to sell me on the crown and doctor Steven said that filling will be enough, we will be checking and will try to save tooth as much as we can. Cleaning was very gentle. 5 min drive for me. Thank you. Definitely recommend.
Everyone at this dentist office is beyond professional and they treat you with so much genuine care and concern. They go out of their way to assist you and accommodate you with all of your dental needs and concerns. I walk out of their office every time with a smile and a confident mindset that I am always in good hands at this dental office.
Absolute 5 ⭐️ experience every visit.
There are the before and after photos of my teeth. I can’t express what a life changing experience this has been. I was always very subconscious about my teeth. I barely smiled and if I did, I would try to cover my teeth as I did not want anyone to take notice of the mismatched front teeth. I also did not like the amount of gums that showed when I smiled.
My husband recommended that I come here because he had finally found a dentist he could trust to be honest with him give him the care that he needed. Dr. Spivak is the best! He’s kind and gentle and I appreciate his help so much!

Local anesthesia will numb the nerves surrounding the dental implant area. With numbed nerves, you can expect not to feel any pain during your dental implant procedure. You may feel pressure at times, but it should not cause you discomfort.
The Teeth-in-One-Day procedure is unique because temporary, fully-functional teeth can be placed the same day you receive dental implants. These temporary teeth remain in place until your custom, permanent teeth are ready to be placed.
Your dentist will place the titanium implant in your jaw bone, right below the gums. This surgery usually takes about 1-2 hours for each implant being placed. After this step is complete, most dentists will wait roughly 3 months before completing the final restoration of the tooth replacement.
At MV Dental, we offer a special deal of $1749 for your first posterior teeth implant. Also, we do offer third party financing with the interest starting at 0%.
